ACADEMIC TEAM SUCCESS – The Graves County High School Jr. Varsity Academic Team recently placed well in the Regional JV Academic Team Challenge at Calloway County High School. The Graves County team placed fourth overall and third in the quick recall competition. Officials determined the overall ranking based on points assigned on quick recall and individual written assessments. Graves County students who placed in individual written assessments include Jonathan G, third in mathematics and fourth in social studies; Hannah L, second in arts and humanities and third in language arts; Clifton H, sixth in science; and Daylynn A, fifth in mathematics.
