Graves Co. Board of Education honors JROTC Raider coed team for placing fifth in National All-Service competition

The Graves County Board of Education honored the high school Army Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps Raider competition co-ed team. The team recently finished fifth at the National All-Service competition in Molena, Ga. Posing at the school board meeting with certificates recognizing their achievement are (front row, from left) Jennifer Webb, Devanna Faulkner, Anthea Hankins, Chloe Ellegood, Donovan Soto, (back row, from left) Neil Benson, Stella Mapes, Ryker Belew, Scott Svoboda, Levi Kelley, and Alex Medley. Not pictured is cadet Andrew Pannell, who was unable to attend the meeting. The JROTC sponsor and Raider team coach is retired Army Lt. Col. Jason Caldwell. The assistant coach is Robert Soto. Both attended the board meeting.
