Graves County Elementary School teacher Kaci Harshman (center) recently was selected as the Graves County School District’s certified employee recipient of the “Eagle of Excellence Award” for March 2017. Standing at right is Superintendent Kim Dublin and at left is fellow teacher Ryan Graves, one of those who nominated Harshman. He wrote, “Kaci is an all-around great person, an even better teacher, and a great ambassador for Graves County Schools. She bleeds blue. She does the yearbook here at Central, drama coach, does every bit of the spirit decorating at Central and a ton at the high school. She never misses a sporting event as a proud Eagle.” Also nominating Harshman, Deana McClure added, “Kaci is one of those people who truly has a heart of gold! … She has developed relationships that will last well after those kids graduate… She is definitely someone who deserves the title of Eagle of Excellence!”
